HOW DOES YOUR SIZING RUN?
All items are generally made to fit true to size depending on style. Please note, if you wish to style your items in more of an oversized loose fit or tight fit, please select sizes accordingly.
THE ITEM IS SHOWING SOLD OUT, WILL IT BE BACK IN STOCK?
As items are created for exclusivity, limited quantities per style, per colour are available. Most pieces will not return however, variations, new styles and colours may be available in the future.

DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY DELIVERY?
Yes, your order will require a signature; however, if you are not available the carrier will leave a card with instructions as to how to make alternative arrangements. The courier will make 3 attempts at delivering your parcel and may attempt to ring you to arrange a suitable time, so please include a contact phone number where you can be reached in order to receive your parcel. After the third unsuccessful attempt, the courier will arrange for the package to be returned to us.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Should you require to exchange an item you have ordered, please tick this option on your returns form and indicate which size you would like to exchange for. Please note, we can only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size. You will be responsible for any shipping costs to us however, we will cover shipment costs of the exchange back to you.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
You can return your item within 14 days of purchase. Please note, we cannot accept returns outside of the 14 days, and they will be sent back to you. Please ensure the returned items are unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Ensuring all tags and labels are still attached and undisturbed. You can find out more about our returns policy here.
WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT TO RECIEVE MY REFUND?
We aim to process returns as soon as they are received at the warehouse with on 3-5 working days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. It will appear back on your statement within 3-5 working days but some card providers can take up to 10 working days to process the funds back on to your account.
